Ordered certified refurbished ninja which arrived scratched as was not in the pristine condition like it said it would be. I messaged them directly and they responded the same day and organised a collection from my home, they sent a replacement that arrived before the damaged was collected and was in brand new condition with all the cellophane and protection on it and in a brand new ninja box. The item, Ninja Air Fryer I received was as described by Ninja-kitchen but not as described by eBay. I contacted the seller who explained they are paperless and do not supply manuals or recipe booklets however they recommend downloading the manual from their website. Simple and straightforward. The Air Fryer arrived in a strong large box complete with probe, I ordered it on Thursday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday morning-excellent.
