The parcel arrived on time but only two balls were still inside. Seller was cooperative and offered full refund. Will buy from again, and recommend seller to do a bit better job taping the plastic bag and bubble wrap to help keep the balls contained inside the paper parcel during transit.

Delivery was a bit odd, I did not have an option for delivery without requiring a signature so I missed delivery once. When it was re-delivered it was left out the front and they did not require a signature. Besides the unusual delivery, was an easy transaction. Would buy from this seller again.
