  I purchased a brand new Juki sewing machine foot pedal. My experience with Nippon Prestige was absolutely 100% positive. The price and free shipping was great. Communication was immediate, polite, and the transaction was perfect. I was sent shipping information, and received a thank you message when the item was delivered. The foot pedal was carefully packed, brand new, clean and unused, and of the expected high quality of Juki. I will be returning as a very satisfied customer.

  The item came quickly considering the location it was coming from. That I was very impressed with did not like all the email back-and-forth from the seller, which became annoying about sending a review. However, the item works, looks great and was packaged well. The condition seems to be fine the value for what I paid for was also great.  I will definitely buy from the seller again. The only thing I would tell the seller is slow down on the emails. Let the customer decide to leave a review.

  The item arrived earlier than expected, was packaged very well, great condition as described and shown in pictures, while I paid more than I would for it, it was the cheapest I saw the item go compared to other sellers, so it has that going for it.
