I purchased a fire door which was advertised as brand new. When the door arrived, it hard marks all over it and wasn't in pristine condition as you would expect a brand new item to be. Furthermore, part of the wood frame on the window was visibly cracked. When I contacted the seller they offered me no real solution. I will be painting the door anyway so the marks will be covered, but the damage is irreparable. After paying over £250 for a door this is not the customer service you would expect.
