    Wow, I'm extremely impressed with niu-usa’s customer service! My original order didn't arrive (not their fault!), but they were incredibly proactive in contacting me and sending a replacement ribbon cable right away. Fast shipping on the replacement, and excellent communication throughout the process. The L1/L2/R1/R2 cable is exactly what I needed for my PS5 controller.     I had this SIM tray shipped to my brother, since th ephone it was intended for was already with him. It arrived intact. It was well packaged and shipped quickly. The problem is that the seller of the phone was unaware that the phone's serial number was still locked to someone's account, and the phone could not be used by my brother. So, while everything with the card tray went great, the whole project got frustrated. This seller has been perfect, so A+ there.
