  Very good quality rug and looks same as on the picture so really pleased. Way nicer than anything I’ve seen here in the uk and definitely cheaper. I have laid it flat and left it for a couple of days and all the creases are out. Never ordered anything from outside the uk before so was a bit nervous but great communication and no taxes to pay. Fedex was great it was delivered within 6 days of ordering. Pretty good in my opinion so 5⭐️

  Don’t buy from this firm. The rug arrived a different colour to advertised and although they say returns I am having a terrible time with them trying to return it. They sent me a label which I queried and did as requested and sent the rug but now have no refund or rug. Terrible. EBay not interested. £200+ down the drain. Am looking at a chargeback from the bank.

  I am delighted with my purchases. The quality of the jute mats is far superior to those I have bought in the past from Dunelm . The mats were well packaged, clearly labelled with correct address and dispatched quickly, HOWEVER, the courier dumped my parcel at someone else’s house and I spent 3 days searching for them. I was informed via Facebook as to the whereabouts of my parcel. Not the sellers fault so I would buy from them again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Seems ok but poor packaging…. item was tightly rolled and wrapped in cling film and then plastic bag smothered in sellotape making it almost impossible to open without damaging the item Seller doesn’t answer questions just tells you everything’s ok!
