  Unfortunately delivery of my item was severely delayed due to the Royal Mail. As a result the 2 mountain ash tree seedlings arrived dead despite the fact that the seller had wrapped the roots in a moist paper towel. The seller is easy to communicate with. It's just a shame that the postal service let both sides down.

  Butts just arrived early in morning so can set up. Excellent service, great comms from seller. Have many of these water butts and can not fault them, courier great waited till all items checked and correct.
