I am leaving a negative review for the seller themselves. I had an issue with D-rings that was posted that they are welded so I asked the seller to find out how they were welded so after days they replied that they would look into it and never replied again. So I am giving the seller a negative in customer service. I did receive all items as shown but the seller just couldn't get any information concerning my question. I gave them plenty of time. Over a week and nothing.
