I ordered a 2 x burner gas cooker brand new from them & the box was delivered perfect with 'no-holes' or 'damage' which can be 'seen' in the photos taken by the delivery company ! but ? when i opened the box,the gas-cooker had a massive 'DENT' in the right side & the gas compartment door & hinges were bent !!! so they offered a 50% reduction but said they could not do it unless i cancel the return ? then they got my money from Ebay & i got 'NOTHING'
