    My item arrived well-packed and as described. It was not very expensive. But it took 125 hours for a 193-mile journey, with no weekend days in between. Also, I never got an email – or an ebay message – to be at home at such-and-such a range of times on such-and-such a day, which couriers ought to provide. I don’t want other ebayers to think you, the seller sells badly, but I do want him to consider using a different courier, or the Royal Mail. I've still rated you positive.

    Very good plates, as described, at a reasonable price. My favourite part is that there is an option to collect in an Argos store, this is extremely convenient for me and I always go with sellers who do this if I have the option. It sets my mind at ease about delivery. The only negative is the excessive amount of non-recyclable packaging. It's great that the plates are packaged with so much care, but please use recyclable packaging, especially if you're going to use so much of it!
