Also, I never got an email – or an ebay message – to be at home at such-and-such a range of times on such-and-such a day, which couriers ought to provide. I don’t want other ebayers to think you, the seller sells badly, but I do want him to consider using a different courier, or the Royal Mail. I've still rated you positive.
