  Received the item it's not as specified the dimensions are incorrect. I've messaged several times to explain the issue and receive acknowledgement but to keep the item with 30%-50% returns. I wanted my money back as its an error on the sellers behalf. Raised return and am expected to fund this despite the seller saying its all covered. I'm not paying more money to send the item back. Nothing is happening and I am left with an item I cannot use. Poor service, poorly handled.
