    This is the first time I have dealt with Noma Auto Parts. The customer service is unheard of this day and time. They verified the part for me and called me to confirm. I paid extra and they agreed to ship the part overnight for me. I will definitely go to them the next time I need a part. They save me over $1400 for a new part by buying a used part. They packaged it to avoid any damage to the part. The part is just as described. These guys are great

    Excellent communications, wanted to ensure, via VIN, that I was buying the right part. Super-fast shipping via FedEx, arrived 2 days earlier than initially predicted. I'd prefer that shipping was free. Excellent packaging, the cooling fan assembly was in perfect condition, as described. The icing on the cake was that it worked and solved my problem.     This was an incredibly professional transaction. Seller described the item accurately and even pointed out that the material wasn’t consistent with my vehicle VIN. I went ahead anyway. Delivery was fast, incredibly well packed and exactly as described. Unfortunately there was a mechanical issue that didn’t show up in the photos (not seller’s fault). They processed the return and refund quickly and even found a similar item in their inventory that would work. Great job! Noma is the best!
