    I was delighted to receive my order very quickly and it was well packaged. Unfortunately, it doesn't play at the moment - possibly due to issues in transit. When I contacted Nooks Shop, I received a reply that day and was offered a refund on return of the player without quibble. However, I've decided to keep it as I am enjoying the challenge of trying to fix it. I would order again from Nooks Store as their customer service is good.
