Seller advertised hardcover book and I bought it. When received, it turned out to be softcover. I asked the seller to send me the correct item as advertised and they said they did not have it and admitted it was a mistake. I asked for a full refund without going through the hassle of returning the item as the total amount is only $7.68. Seller insists that I go through the inconvenience of sending the item back before I receive a refund. 1 star for failing to correct their mistake over $8.

we offered the buyer free return for full refund but he wants his money back without returning the item . typical cheap scammer . using feedback for blackmail and extortion will not be tolerated
