    The backpack came in when he said it should arrive. Even though it didn't say on here he sent it after three days of purchasing it. So i got worried about him not sending it, so i contacted him and he replied with information I asked for and the shipping number for USPS and it came in the day he said it will arrived it came in as shown and i love the backpack not to small not to overly big but it came in excellent unused condition would recommend this seller.

    The seller is responsive polite, and professional. Unfortunately it was the U.S.P.S that soured the transaction. The seller sent the item yet USPS didn't deliver,.to me that is. My local P.O. states they" Tracked "it. (B.S) According to them it's in my mailbox yet it is not.So odd. Leaves such a bad taste in my mouth 😝. It's hard for me to trust U.S.P.S. when they've done me wrong so many times. I almost bought elsewhere due to that detail. Yet,I didn't.So Here I am. Do not fault the seller.

    Great commiunication, item as describe, shipping time less desirable. Seller provided a tracking number a week after sell. Item arrived a week later then originally quoted at checkout. Purchased from seller as we're located a few cities over. Item was shipped from CA to PA and then back to CA.

    It's not the brand name I expected nor did it say it was. It doesn't purr. But it looks just like it a lot less expensive and I'm happy with it. Shipping was as expected, I saw the tracking number on my informed delivery through USPS. It a clean new product well made, cute gift. Would purchase from this seller again.
