    Item received was new in box as described. Part worked perfectly and was also a nice price, It resolved our problem with washing machine. Part was shipped right away, which we appreciate, but was lost by USPS for about 10 days. When we contacted seller for help, the seller offered to re-ship another part, or refund our money. We decided to wait for a few more days, then part did finally arrive. Seller communication was great, and would buy from them again.

    I tried making multiple offers which were not responded to and ended up buying for asking price even though they said Make Offer. I was hesitant since no returns were accepted. Item description was not detailed and it ends up it was gray and not black which was hard to see from the photos. Live and learn
