The oven is amazing and looks like new , my tradesmen that fitted it commented on how like new it was and said it was the best refurbished model they have ever seen. We are delighted.
Maybe more information would be helpful regarding how the delivery process is done post them sending it , but oven arrived safe and overall we would recommend this company the product is exactly as described , they arranged shipping of a super heavy item and wrapped it well for delivery .

Item arrived well packaged and was as described/expected once unpacked with the exception of one part missing. Spoke to Northern Appliances and they ensured that the missing part was sent albeit after a couple of chases but I was overall happy at their efforts to source the missing part. Third party courier changed date of delivery a couple of times which was frustrating as had taken time off work to receive delivery. All in all excellent product at an excellent price, THANK YOU!
