  Seller shipped out my item fast, and received it in less than 5 days which is astonishing as it often took 7 days or more from other sellers. Seller packaged the item perfectly, and arrived with a defect, but they were understanding and let me return the item for a refund. Still though this was a great seller.

  Honestly great value! The item came in just as the images showed, came in with packing peanuts and well wrapped, shipping was quick. Overall a great experience. I was really hesitant at first but Im glad I went with this seller would definitely by here again for pc parts.

  I ordered "Ryzen 7 5700G" as described but they sent me "Ryzen 5 5600G" which is a totally different product than I ordered. I requested for a return and refund, or any other options for resolution, within the return window but I got very bad response from the seller. The seller says "process via eBay" and eBay says "ask the seller." This is the worst experience, and I DO NOT recommend one trust either eBay or this seller. They do not value customer and are not customer-friendly.
