I didn't exactly receive what was described, which was a navy blue pair of boots. What arrived were dark red boots. I contacted the seller who was extremely apologetic and refunded me half of the original cost. Whilst I didn't receive exactly what I wanted I did still receive a brand new pair of Emu boots with a prompt delivery and a very positive view of this seller. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Worked out fine, Packing, dispatch, quality of item. However the Graphics Card listing used a Library picture with a low profile bracket. So I ordered a normal bracket elsewhere. Then the card arrives with a Normal bracket... Nothing in the description to say the item differed from the picture.
