    Cannot fault sellers communication. But ordered 2 * Terma electric heating elements. One of these received was old, guess sent in error, refunded. But far more concerning I purchased a Terma element from Screwfix (same model/spec) and it became apparent that the other received was not genuine Terma (inferior, packaging + product) to the genuine Terma purchased from Screwfix. So ended up buying the 2 elements from screw fix! Photo of genuine Terma (Screwfix) + 'Terma' received from seller.
