  Customer service has vanished from most retailers and has rarely existed with online shopping, but not here! There was a slight mishap on ebays part and the seller stepped in and offered me a spectacular deal. They were very regretful,sympathetic and showed kindness to a complete stranger.   I have really been wanting this item since I missed the preorder and could not be happier with the condition it arrived in. The box was packaged with a lot of care and the item is pristine to the point that I'm nervous to open it even though what I want is the cards inside. The seller is very communicative and messaged me to let me know they had sorted out an issue with the shipping before I even knew it occured.   Card was just as described and well packaged. It was shipped fast however it took nearly a month to arrive but that was no fault of the sellers, the fault solely lies with USPS who appeared to lose the package for some time. Overall seller was easy to deal with and I would recommend this seller in the future!
