  My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. The delivery photo shows the parcel only halfway pushed into my letterbox, even though it clearly didn’t fit. No attempt was made to secure it properly, and the driver didn’t even knock on the door to hand it over. By the time I checked, the parcel was gone. This kind of delivery is completely unacceptable. Taking a quick photo for proof without actually delivering the item responsibly is not good enough. I’ll be requesting a full refun
