  Delighted with the communication and general service from the seller. The item purchased just as described and, thankfully, looks in good condition so should work OK. So 5* for that. Have to say let down by courier, who forced power pack through letter box, where it fell heavily on hall floor. There was no need to do this as l was at home to receive package and would have opened door if they had rung bell/knocked on door!! Fingers crossed pack still works...
