    I should have clicked a 'Negative' experience. The Ebay seller didn't refund me. I contacted Ebay (they refunded me). The phone was locked, but the seller described it as 'unlocked' blah blah. I am annoyed because I trusted him. Then I had to go through the return hassle - travel to the library to print the label, pack it and then to the post office to post it grrr.
