Packing was very battered -- BUT the contents are great - very fair postage for very heavy items (suspect that this is why the outer was battered). As described, mostly new, some slightly damaged, but all serviceable. Great value, and exciting to unpack- especially the purple ink pens. Recommend vendor.

Prompt responses to my (many!) requests & enquiries is much appreciated. Entirely not due to any fault of the seller, DPD's handling & delivery by uncaring, incompetent & rude driver, resulted in the cardboard container being mangled out of shape, dropped before me, broken open, with content protruding, & the item sustaining damage. On being advised of this, the seller phoned me immediately to apologise & organised an immediate refund. I would consider buying again if another courier is used.

Although it will take some considerable time before I need to replace the empty cartridges in my printers, the cartridges received seem to be in genuine and sealed HP packaging. As a result I have no reason to doubt that the item is brand new, hence I am leaving positive feedback already at this stage. Item exactly as described, arrived promptly and was well-packaged.
