  The game came perfectly packaged and in quick time. I was gutted because unfortunately the game didn't work. Seller was in constant communication, helpful and ended up offering a exchange in the shop for the same value, which was a steal. Really happy with the overall experience.   Sadly Royal Mail had destroyed the package and were really late delivering it. Item wasn’t very well packaged at all. Seller refunded me as soon as a requested the refund so I can’t fault that but was very disappointed as I waited over a week for it to arrive. Can I suggest maybe that items are posted in a small padded envelope and with a hard piece of cardboard inside for the future to save you having to refund buyers.
