This seller was amazing. Polite, friendly, amazing service. I ordered a teapot and teacup that cost a good chunk of money. The teacup was mishandled by FedEx and broke shattered in transit. I sent the seller pictures, politely apologized for the inconvenience to them as well, and they immediately sent me a replacement, well packed, safe and sound. Excellent experience, excellent service, excellent wares. I will find something to buy from them again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! If I could give this seller and shipment experience 10 stars I would! The seller shipped my items within the same day I ordered them, and they arrived in perfect condition. Reasonable pricing, great quality, awesome shipping experience! From Japan to Canada the shipment only took 4 DAYS!! Do expect duty fees when buying out of country though. I paid it promptly, and the package arrived QUICK!

Figure was in new condition like promised. Unfortunately, there was a bit of damage done to it in shipping but it was a fairly easy fix. Shipping took 19 days, 11 of which were it not being sent yet but in fairness the seller was quick to respond to my concerns about that and it was free so I can't complain too much. All in all it was a good experience buying from them.
