    LISTING PHOTOS DID NOT REVEAL THIS POOR CONDITION! Was sent in sealed plastic envelope, so did not happen in transit. Approx one foot of fabric is totally unusable. See Pics. Contacted seller with pics asking for partial refund. He said return & would give refund after receipt. Explained it is difficult to go to PO because of handicap & would be satisfied with refund for unusable portion. Said not his policy, return or NOTHING. Ridiculously uncooperative!
