Seller then ghosted me for 2 weeks despite me messaging 4 times, and when he finally replied he refused to give me a refund until i changed the negative feedback. That s not how ebay works. That is against ebay seller policies. every step of this transaction has been a hassle and an inconvenience. Buyers beware.

After a week i was ready to cancel order and person said it was mailed and seems as refusing show tracking info to verify it was shipped and it hasn't showed up and it's been almost 2 weeks

Granted that was the fault of the carrier, but when I inquired about the late delivery to the seller, the seller acknowledged the unreliability of the carrier and appeared ok that the risk was shifted to myself. The reality is I have little leverage with the carrier, but the seller does and has the option to choose a more reliable carrier or adjust predicted delivery dates to be more accurate, but has chosen not to do that.
