    Ordered wrong size by mistake, immediately noticed, asked seller to cancel. In the meantime I ordered the same item, same seller in correct size. Didn't hear anything from seller, contacted again. 15 hours later eBay sends message "SELLER REFUSED TO CANCEL". Contacted seller again, seller responds 'ITEM HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED'. Tracking was provided, but didn't actually ship until 3 days after. Returned wrong size and seller refused to issue full refund. eBay had to step in
