  Shipping cost were high for this combined order; packaging was in standard USPS box, the single stamps were securely packaged, the collection sheets were in a large envelope, out-of-order, as usual for this seller; item was Described correctly; value was normal for this seller but higher for most sellers.   Item arrived but not as described because thin has been repaired and was not mentioned in listing. This seller never sends a sales slip so one has to to guess if and when the item was purchased. They send threatening emails of reprisals if one complains to eBay and demand payment before time frames imposed by EBay. Packaging is skimpy; if some customer item is exposed to moisture is without protection. I find their services adequate though at times delayed.

  Stamp was purchased snd shipped with 1 other stamp. The stamps shipped snd arrived very fast. The seller had tracking placed on the envelope so I always knew where it was and was alerted to its delivery. The seller placed several pieces of stiffening sheets along with the stamps to protect them while in the mail. This stamp is exactly as described. The VICTORY overprint is unique and a real value. Seller communication is consistently excellent.

  Well packed, item as described. Quick shipping, but not tracked. I wanted to pay a tracked combined shipping package. But no response to my messages. Since I am paying for the shipping it should be shipped how I want it to be shiiped. And why not combined shipping? Instead of one combined and tracked package I will receive 6 or 7 untracked packages separately. No sense whatsoever.
