Oakhaven Hospice is a local charity supporting over 350 individuals and their families at any one time across our New Forest, Waterside and Totton communities, as they face the end of their lives. Our services are free to those who fall under our care; our ethos is to treat the whole person, not just their illness, enabling them to live their best lives throughout their remaining time. Rapidly despatched. Initially there was a slight hiccup as the postie failed to pick the package up. However great communication saved the day and the amplifier arrived in good time.

After buying this I had doubts about it since it wasn’t the first folder in the series. I meant to email them before I went to bed and request an exchange. However I forgot and by the time I remembered it was too late. It had literally just been collected!! I am happy to say that once I had received it, in super fast time, I decided that actually it was ok. It was very well packaged and in extremely good condition.
