  Ordered two sets of awning pole brackets, one set with some hooks. Seller didn't put the brackets in the package with the hooks. Never received them. Second set eventually arrived after raising a case with eBay. Seller didn't respond to messages for either claim. THIS SELLER CANNOT BE RECOMMENDED. Buy at your risk!
