I ordered these and the 10" round at the same time as part of a birthday present,the round ones arrived but not the oval ones. I contacted the seller and it was sorted very quickly with the oval ones being dispatched & arrived quicker than the new estimated delivery date. I am giving 5 stars for the original estimated delivery date as the problem was sorted quickly & the 2nd parcel arriving quickly. Very happy with the product and the sellers communications.
