  THE SELLER DID NOT RESPOND TO MY MESSAGE RIGHT AWAY ABOUT SHIPPING THE ITEM OUT. THEN 2 DAYS LATER THE SELLER INFORMED ME THAT THE ITEM WAS BROKEN AND THEY COULD NOT FULFILL THE ORDER.
