States brand new when arrived opened box damaged ie been opened all bolts in a bag with other bolts in a bag cut open not as advertised in the photos that were presented to enable me to make my purchase, does not swivel as in pictures and does not go to the height illustrated in photos a real sham to be honest contacted seller and they just issued the same photo saying hope this helps I paid good money for this for my granddaughters bedroom
