The item was brand new&sealed as stated in the listing & it was packaged well on receipt , i couldn't have chosen a kinder person to have purchased from, although the postage stated it was normal delivery the gentleman sent it out the same day & I received it the very next day (probably because I sent an email after the purchase asking how soon he could post it out ) he didn't have to do this & I guess at a minimum he paid an extra £3 to send it out, best ebayer I've come across by far.
