    Highly recommended seller. The pads arrived very promptly and included links to clear video instructions on how to fit the pads and how to re-set the warning message on my printer. This involved a re-set key which was included. I could not use the printer without the re-set. The warning directed me to Epson Support who would have charged £48 just to look at it. This did not include delivery to a service centre. Thank you OctoInkjet.

    Everything is as it says. The packaging is good and the quality of the material is satisfactory. The price is a bit high, but, nevertheless, it is bought once and there are as long as there are printers. The assembly instructions are clear.

    Need to sort your Printer? I would strongly recommend PrinterPotty! I had a minor problem with delivery, not Martin's fault, he actioned the problem quickly and kept me fully informed at all times. Once the pads and reset key arrived I followed the videos exactly (very comprehensive and easy) and I now have a fully functioning Epson SX535WD. saving me time and money. In summary: a brilliant service that I will happily use again and more importatntly will be recommending to all my friends.
