Unfortunately the mug had a small chip in the glaze on the inside, which I believe the seller was unaware of, but once I contacted the seller they were quick to respond and offered a full refund on the mug. They were very kind and easy to work with, and I would still highly recommend them as a seller who stands behind their products and buyer satisfaction.
