    The Cello was shipped very quickly and arrived in no time. Wrapped well to protect the Cello. Unfortunately some small damage happened anyways during shipping but once brought up to the seller, she was very forthcoming and apologetic. We agreed on a partial refund so I can cover some repair costs. The refund was issued without any issues within only a few minutes!! I will definitely buy from here again.
