The gas chair cylinder i needed and i discovered when received cheap bearings only no cylinder was in the package delivered. I am not happy the cylinder was listed for 4 dollars more..

We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. The listing does state, "The kit does not include the gas spring lift cartridge itself. The listing is only for the hardware on the left side of the picture." as well as the main listing photo stating "NOT INCLUDED" on the cylinder itself. There are, of course, options that include a cylinder. We do not believe your purchase of a hardware kit is a negative reflection of our company who made it very clearly on the listing what would be sent.
