    The phone arrived on time. However, it was defective. I sent a message to the seller and within 30 minutes they called me back and offered me a resolution. Within 30 minutes I received confirmation that they had applied a credit. This was not the fault of the seller and even though it was defective they stood behind the sell. Great service!!!!
