However, the batch I received contained 2% water which was too wet, and not as described (2*). Initial communication was good, if slow, then the seller stopped responding altogether (3*). I am rating "positive" because the seller was fair in agreeing to a free return on this item. In fairness, neither this seller, nor others I have contacted, claiming 99.9% purity were able/willing to confirm the level of water content.
