Gripe is concerning how these type boxes are shipped to buyers, ie, unpackaged with NO protection at all. I ordered 2 described as brand new, unused....what i got was scratched, marked up (on every surface) & in some places gouged & scuffed. Return process was easy & OT refunded promptly, full marks for that. Didnt bother responding to my improvement suggestion msg on packaging though! Buyer Beware !
