    Unfortunately I could not get the stems through my pierced ears. I contacted the seller through ebay and they asked if I would prefer a full refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement but in a different style. These arrived very quickly and I was delighted with them. I was told there was no need to return the original earrings which I have given to a friend. Excellent customer service.

    Seller was brilliant. We received the wrong item and contacted seller straight away, seller responded very quickly indeed and very apologetic. Seller offered refund or resend of order, as we'd already been out and purchased item elsewhere in the meantime we said refund. Seller gave refund and told us to keep item for our troubles, we donated item to local dogs charity and the item will be placed as a prize in their Christmas raffle.
