  I ordered a silver coin, before fully reading the description beneath the photo. I realised the coin wasn't 999 pure silver, and was mixed metals, so I immediately contacted the seller and asked for a refund, which I received two or three days later. Thank you.

  Seller promptly shipped package but used a third party partner. It took 7 days for it to leave L.A.. Normal shipping time from LA to Salt Lake City is 2 days. That didn't stop me from buying 2 more. The Air Pods were suppose to be "open box" but arrived factory sealed. Would do business with the seller again. Aside from the shipping delay it was a great transaction.
