  Charged £6.99 for postage the item was only 7cm tall It was in bubble wrap then in a large box with lots of brown paper this item could have gone in a small box with packing and would have been half the cost Absolutely ridiculous 👍 Won't buy from this seller again I have left positive feedback because I can't leave anything else unless I wait for 7 days My feedback would have been negative I will share my thoughts with the Murano glass group

  Hello thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I am sorry to read that you did not mention the £2.99 refund we made to you immediately after your initial payment. Please note that class must be respected at all times and that we take great care whenever packing glass. The box needs to be bigger than the glass item itself in order to protect the glass from impact and damage during transit. Packaging and next day service were no extra charge to yourself.
