  An excellent transaction good product and price, we had a little hiccup with the delivery time and the courier Evri but the seller sorted this for us almost immediately. A lot of negative comments against this seller stating poor communication but we have found that he replied to my emails within the hour and was efficient in sorting things out, would definitely use again recommended seller 5star

  This seller uses two ID on eBay. ogod-uk1 and dugardpr-22. Returned items with two return notices in one packet were not acknowledged, and refund for only one coat was given. I received two dog coats , in one parcel,which were too big and I returned within two days. I sent both items back , in the same packet they came in. I messaged the seller who did not acknowledge me. Seller is not honest and has not integrity. Do not BUY you will lose money. EBay closed account, NO APPEAL

  ohgod_uk1 is the name of my store. First of all, you submitted two return cases yourself. The system showed that there was only one delivery, and I immediately processed the refund. The other case was closed by ebay. Second,you didn't send me any email, please don't lie. Third, choose two different sizes, and then none of the clothes fit? You told me you measured your pet? Why can I help other buyers solve their problems? Can't I help you solve them? Please find your own reasons.

  Wish I'd read the reviews. As this has happened before. Bought 2 dog coats received in 1 package (I had previously purchased a coat in small which my puppy has grown out of) so went 2 sizes bigger which unfortunately were to big. I returned both coats in the same 1 package they came in only to receive 1 refund. Contacted the seller many times (please don't call me a liar like you have called many on here as I have the emails saved) had no response at all. I will purchase coa from another seller.

  Please check your blacklist. You blocked my message ... In addition, you submitted two return cases, and the system refund is handled separately for each case. You closed the other return case ...
