  Ok so we had some issues with the delivery company and lost package, but communication was good and a replacement was sent & arrived soon after. Others have had the same issue. Grips are as advertised and are excellent value - very happy customer. Only wish they would improve my golf :-) Definitely use this seller again

  I actually ordered this bag by mistake - having forgotten that I had already ordered one of the same colour. I immediately asked to cancel the order and was very pleased that the seller agreed to my request. Communication has been excellent and I received a full refund within days of my request.
